Performance and Capacity 2015
We are looking forward to an exciting Conference this year. The program is bigger and attendance is higher than last year. We have an amazing location at the historic Saint Anthony Hotel in San Antonio Texas. Each evening, we have a networking event with refreshments, cash bar and hors d’oeuvres. Network with over 200 of your fellow professionals from 12 different countries. San Antonio weather is usually very comfortable this time of year so some of our events will be open air on the hotel’s rooftop deck weather permitting. We have inside facilities available if perchance the weather does not cooperate.
Monday Night Welcome Reception 7:30 – 10:00 PM
Monday evening we will be hosting a welcome reception for attendees. Join us on the rooftop. Mix and mingle and network with fellow attendees while you snack and sip. Complementary non-alcoholic beverages included. Each attendee receives a limited number of complementary drink coupons good for mixed drinks or wine or beer and cash bar is available. We have some cool entertainment lined up for Monday night. Details provided at the Conference.
Tuesday & Wednesday Night PARS 7:30 – 9:30 PM
Tuesday and Wednesday night join your fellow attendees on the rooftop to network, snack and sip. Use your complementary drink coupons or the cash bar or enjoy complementary non-alcoholic beverages to accompany an assortment of delicious treats. If you are in the mood for a full meal afterwards, the local dining choices are abundant. Connect with other attendees and plan a stroll along the nearby Riverwalk for an evening to remember.
Thursday night Gala Reception 7:30 – 10:30 PM
We finish off the Conference with a little more formal event in the beautiful Anacacho Ballroom. Mix, mingle and relax after a busy week. Non-alcoholic beverages, & heavy hors d’oeuvres will be provided. Coupon and cash bar available with beer, wine and mixed drinks. Did I mention entertainment? This should be a fun way to wrap up the week!
