Chris Jones is Director of Cyber Security for Dell Technologies where he oversees eDiscovery, Digital Forensics, Cyber Investigations, and Insider Risk Operations. He has been involved in addressing insider threat problems for over 20 years within the U.S. Intelligence Community, law enforcement, and large corporations. Chris founded the FBI’s Cyber Profiling team and developed behavioral profiling and psychological analysis techniques, driven by technical data analytics, for use in sensitive investigations. He is a multidiscipline security convergence expert having held leadership roles in risk management, complex investigations, cybersecurity, physical security, close protection, emergency management, and emergency medical services.
