In this talk, I will discuss novel deliverables from a DevOps perspective; delivering people skills, relationships and community through a DevOps lens. It is particularly important, especially now, to not deliver just a technology but a culture. Due to COVID-19, teams must come together to deliver the same caliber of work, but also the same caliber of relationship without the same level of contact. I will discuss how to deliver these skills, relationships, and communities as we navigate this new environment as engineering professionals and how using DevOps can provide the stability and value needed in these tumultuous times. This talk is for engineers, but also for anyone interested in team management.
