From Code to Conscience: Crafting the Future of AI Governance
June 20 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT
As artificial intelligence technologies evolve rapidly, AI Governance has become a pivotal field, addressing ethical frameworks, regulatory approaches, and corporate accountability. This presentation explores these three critical areas.
Firstly, the discussion on ethical frameworks will cover how AI can be developed and deployed responsibly, adhering to human values and ethics. This includes navigating the moral implications of AI and ensuring that corporate brands and images are protected.
Secondly, we will examine in short the various regulatory strategies from around the world, such as the European Union’s AI Act, the United States’ AI initiatives, and China’s approach to AI development. The focus will be on balancing innovation with regulatory control, and what these differing approaches signify for global AI standards.
Lastly, how companies are designing for AI corporate accountability – focusing on transparency, data privacy, and user consent in AI deployment. We will discuss how companies can integrate ethical considerations into their AI strategies, ensuring accountability and adherence to both ethical norms and regulatory requirements.
This talk will encourage a proactive and informed approach in shaping the governance of AI, fostering a future where AI is used at corporate scale responsibly and ethically.
